This Case study project comprises four separate phases of new build and refurbishment works over a four year period at The Royal Hospital School located in Holbrook, Suffolk. All four phases are consistently based upon the design and build of 2Nr masters dwellings and the refurbishment and alteration of 2Nr existing 40 pupil boarding houses to provide upgraded, high specification facilities to meet the needs of a prestigious private boarding school.

The general requirements include the creation of separate en-suite bathroom facilities to separate dwellings incorporating modern shower pod facilities whilst ensuring a sensitive consideration to nearby listed buildings to ensure a consistent external appearance.
