This project comprised of a new build construction of a modern extension to this school in Brentwood.

Access to this site was very limited and was only available via a private shared lane which was used successfully throughout the project.

The building itself comprised of a modern design including cedar boarding, glulam frame, Velfac windows and underfloor heating system, as well as a number of environmental considerations.
