Based on a disused farm in Suffolk was a steel portal frame agricultural barn, which the client asked us to convert into 4 luxury dwellings.
The existing structure required stabilising by underpinning and overall structural works including repairing and replacing rotten timbers. After a complete overhaul, bespoke Kitchens and Bi-Folding doors were installed along with Air Source Heat Pumps to supply each dwelling with hot water and heating.
