Case study project comprises a mixed new build and refurbishment project at Brentwood School in Essex. Project Phase 1 comprised of new build construction of a new shop and storage facility in conjunction with the progressive alteration and refurbishment of 10Nr changing room areas on a room-by-room basis split between ’wet’ areas adjacent to the previously constructed swimming pool building and ‘dry’ areas adjacent to the existing sports hall. This phase of the project was successfully completed in February 2010 and due to sensitive communication ensured the minimum possible disruption to the school during the works.

Project phase 2 involved the temporary re-location of the sports Hall reception to facilitate extension and refurbishment of the new entrance, admin offices and porters facilities by mid-May 2010.
